Chocolate Syrup Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 can chocolate syrup (such as Hershey's)
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Cooking Directions:

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs, chocolate syrup and vanilla. Mix until blended then add dry ingredients. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Frosting:

1 1/2 c. sugar6 tbsp. milk6 tbsp. butter1/2 c. chocolate chips

Put sugar, milk and butter in a pan. Stir and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Add chocolate chips, beat until smooth. Pour over baked brownies and spread.

Note: Brownies are great with or without frosting!
