Dick's Breakfast "milkshake" Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) carton lowfat yogurt (fruit flavored)8 oz. nonfat buttermilk
1 banana, broken into chunks
6 or 8 frozen whole strawberries or a sm. handful of frozen blueberries or
other fruit without sugar
1/4 tsp. coconut flavoring, if desired
Cooking Directions:
Put all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed for 1 or 2 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
