Wonton Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

Wonton skins, 1/4 to 1/2 pkg.
Slivered almonds, 2 tbsp.
1 head shredded lettuce
3 to 4 chicken breast, whole
4 green onions
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
6 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water

Cooking Directions:

Cut wontons in half. Deep fry wontons until golden brown, set aside. Bake chicken until done. Cool. Debone and shred chicken. Put lettuce in bowl, top with chicken, almonds, onions and sesame seeds. Break up wonton skins onto top. Before serving mix in sauce.
