Spinach & Artichoke Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 stick butter2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 can artichoke hearts, drained & quartered
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 block Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 plus 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 cloves garlic, chopped
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
Cook spinach and drain. Saute onions and garlic in butter. Combine all except 1/2 cup Mozzarella and place in 8 x 8 inch pan. Top with 1/2 cup Mozzarella and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Can be used as a meatless main dish or a vegetable.Other Recipes you might like:
