Orange French Toast Recipe
Ingredients:
1 long loaf French bread2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 c. orange marmalade
1 stick butter
Cooking Directions:
Slice bread into pieces 3/4 to 1 inch thick. Place close together in a large baking pan with 1 inch sides. In jar of electric blender place milk, eggs and marmalade and blend until marmalade has almost disappeared. Pour evenly over bread slices. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Turn bread once. Heat butter in large iron skillet and fry toast over medium heat until nicely browned on both sides. Serve.Other Recipes you might like:
