1. Herb Dip
1 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/4 c. sour cream, 1 garlic clove, minced, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. chopped chives, 1/2 tsp. salt, Dash of hot pepper sauce, Assorted crudites

2. Hot Crab Dip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature, 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained, 2 tbsp. minced green onion, 1 tbsp. milk, 1 tsp. prepared horseradish, 1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper, Crudites (celery, broccoli, etc.)

3. Guacamole Dip
4 med. avocados, peeled, pitted, and sliced, 1 med. tomato, coarsely chopped, 1 sm. onion, chopped, 2 drops Tabasco sauce, 2 heaping tbsp. stewed tomatoes, 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice, 1 tsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. salt, Crudites (fresh cut- up vegetables), Tortilla chips, Sour cream (can be added to make dip smoother)

4. Dip For Raw Vegetables
1/2 c. butter, softened, 1 pkg. cream cheese, 1 tsp. onion, chopped finely, 2 tsp. paprika, Salt to taste, Pepper to taste, 2 tsp. caraway seeds, 3/4 c. sour cream

5. Honey Curry Dip For Crudites
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 3 tbsp. grated onion, 3 tbsp. ketchup, 3 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp. curry powder, Assorted sliced raw vegetables



6. Crudites Dip
2 c. sour cream, 1 tsp. onion salt, 1 tsp. garlic salt, 1 tbsp. dill weed, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley, 1/4 tsp. celery salt, Dash of Tabasco

7. Crudites With Spinach Dip
2 c. low - fat mayonnaise, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained, 1/2 c. green onion, chopped, 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper

8. Crudite Salmon
6 salmon fillets, 3/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper, 3 lg. plum tomatoes, chopped, 1 zucchini, sliced, 3 tbsp. chives, 1 tbsp. olive oil

9. Crudite's With Peanut Butter Dip
1 med. carrot, matchstick strips, 1 med. celery stalk, matchstick strips, 8 snow peas or green beans, 3 sm. radishes, 1/2 med. banana, peeled, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 1/4 c. unsweetened apple juice, 1 tsp. lemon juice

10. Oriental Crudites
6 lg. green peppers, 1 bunch broccoli, 4 lg. ripe tomatoes, 1/2 c. peanut oil, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
