Braunschweiger Ball Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. luger braunschweiger3 tbsp. chopped onions
1/2 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese
Dash of garlic
1/2 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tbsp. (heaping) mayonnaise
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Cooking Directions:
Cream together. Makes 1 large or 2 small balls.TOPPING:
1/2 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese1 tbsp. (heaping) mayonnaiseDash Worcestershire sauce
Ice balls. Serve with crackers.
