Easy Chili Con Queso Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies4 beaten eggs
3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Cooking Directions:
Grease pie pan. Line with chilies; cut to lie flat. Cover with cheese, then eggs. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Cut like a pie; serve hot.Other Recipes you might like:
